1. Program Organizer

This training is organized by De Ols Soul, Belgium, in collaboration with certified teachers from Everest Yoga Institute, a Yoga Alliance–registered institution based in India.

The Organizer is responsible for program management, accommodation, and participant support.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and in good physical and mental health.

By applying, you confirm that you are physically capable of taking part in a multi-style yoga program involving daily physical practice, lectures, and group activities.

3. Application & Acceptance

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a place.

Places are limited to 18 students and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received.

The Organizer reserves the right to decline an application if it is not a good fit for the program ethos or safety requirements.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Single-installment plan: €4299 per participant.

• Early-bird rate €4099 (valid until 18 December 2025).

• Early-bird rate €2099 × 2 (€4199 total)(valid until 18 December 2025).

• Booking Deposit of 1000€ is accepted for the price paid in Full, which is applicable until November 30, 2025.

  If the participant fails to make the payment in full by November 30, 2025, the Early bird Discount would not be applicable and you would need to book the spot at non discounted price.

  You could choose to select payment plan of 2 installments, where this amount will be adjusted to the full price i.e. €2149 x2 (€4299 in total).

  Though if you still decide and pay the first installment for the 2x installments plan until 18 December 2025, you are eligible for €100 discount as applicable for 2 installment plan.

  If you fail to do any of the above, this amount is deemed non-refundable.

Payment confirms enrollment.

Prices include training tuition, shared accommodation, meals, and listed facilities but exclude travel, insurance, and personal expenses.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

a. By Participant

The initial deposit (or first installment) is non-refundable but transferable to another eligible participant for the same intake.

Cancellations made > 45 days before program start: 30% refund of total amount paid.

Cancellations 30–45 days before start: 20 % refund of total amount paid.

Cancellations < 30 days before start: no refund.

b. By Organizer

If the Organizer must cancel the program (e.g., insufficient enrollment, force majeure, teacher illness, government restrictions):

Participants may choose a full refund of fees paid or transfer to a future course.

The Organizer is not liable for indirect costs such as flights or visas.

6. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

Securing valid travel documents and any required visas.

Obtaining comprehensive travel and health insurance, covering medical treatment, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety

Please disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or allergies on your registration form.

The Organizer may request a doctor’s note for certain conditions.

Participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk.

Participants agree to follow teachers’ guidance and respect their own physical limits.

8. Code of Conduct

During the training, participants are expected to:

Maintain respectful, inclusive behavior toward peers, staff, and teachers.

Abstain from disruptive conduct, alcohol, or recreational drugs on the premises.

Participate fully in the daily schedule while honoring personal boundaries.

The Organizer reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or harmony of the group, without refund.

9. Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation is provided in twin-share rooms unless a single upgrade is requested (subject to availability and extra charge).

Meals are vegetarian and balanced; dietary needs will be accommodated where possible with prior notice.

10. Certification

Upon successful completion of the full 200-hour curriculum, attendance, and assessments, participants will receive a Yoga Alliance–recognized certificate qualifying them to teach worldwide.

Certificates may be withheld if attendance or assessment requirements are not met.

11. Use of Images & Media

Group photographs or videos may be taken during the training for documentation and marketing.

Participants may opt out by notifying the Organizer in writing before the program begins.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer and teaching faculty are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the training, except where caused by proven negligence.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected through registration will be used solely for program administration, communication, and certification purposes in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Data will not be shared with third parties except those directly involved in course delivery.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Benelux Court of Justice, Brussels, Belgium.

15. Acknowledgement

By submitting the registration form and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
